Need a Spot
Been losing about a quart of oil a week for the last two weeks <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" /> At first I thought it was a valve cover gasket, but I took the valve cover off and it looks good. I had the plastic cover off the timing belt and the belt seemed to have a little oil on it. It also appears as if the oil is coming from the very front of the engine on the passenger side. Is it likely the seal? I'm going to order a new seal and timing belt tomorrow if it is. I need to get this done before I leave school for break while I still have access to the student garage.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I changed all min out too with the TB. Don't forget the crank seal. I used the old TB to open the cam pulley bolts. Makes life much easier.

thanks for the replies

On the water pump, should I go with new or reman? The price is about about double for a new versus a reman at Napa. Also is it really necessary with only 109k on the clock?
