id jump out the B+ and FP terminals in the diagnosis port. i think it puts 12volt directly to the fuel pump if the key is on. see if it goes on. if im wrong someone will chime on in

my truck died when the connector on the Mass Air Flow Vein came loose. Pushed it back in, started up w/ no problems at all

I would unplug and plug back in any and all plugs that I could find.
why do you think it is not getting fuel... squirt some into the inlet. or try a small.. small amount of starting fluid.
check your spark..

spark-good
fuel pump good
all conections checked and good
put all new hsoe claps on the intake good
and i think its not gettin fuel but i think that the injectors arnt opening and no fuel can get in.
leave the key on and the feul pressure will build up and squese rough the injectors and it fires for about a second and then nothing again. how can i test that theiory

If you jumper the fuel pump test jumper, and turn the ignition on, the fuel pump will run, you should be able to hear it (makes a hissing sound like an air leak). If you don't jumper the fuel pump it will only run when the starter is running if you have some problem with your Air Flow Meter.
