 Brakes..... How to?

I have heard there is a "How To" book out there on designing a brake system. Anybody know where I can find it? Looking for the do's and the don'ts, and the how to's, etc on converting to 4 wheel disc, power brakes vs non-power brakes, etc. etc.
Beat to fit, Paint to match
Need a bigger hammer and more paint.
Did 75 Toyota (Downey 4X4 conversion Kit)
