Any brand you like? Dislike? Recomendations? Lightforce lights get alot of good reviews... they're super-light and durable as well. They're not too much more than your average PIAA light either. http://www.tufflights.com/ItemList.asp?CatID=15In spite of my desires, I think I'm going to go with a $70 set of Hella 500's, since they're a fair bit cheaper.

I bought two sets of offroad lights from Harbor Freight Tools. I think they are about $18 a set, and they are 100 Watt lights. I figure if I am gonna put them on the roof, I am likely to knock them off, and at less than $10 each, they are disposable.
Can't say they are as nice as hellas, or pro comps, or Piaa's, but they work for me.

My first set of ligts was a pair of 55w Pro Comps. At something like $30, I couldn't beat it. I was planning on moving them over to my new DOR bumper when I get it installed, but I've started to re-consider. Someone made the comment at the last Uwharrie about spending 7 or 8 hundred on a nice bumper, and putting el cheapo lights on it. Now that dosen't mean I'm planning on droping serious $$$ on a set of PIAA's I'm planning on picking up a set of these A good way to use your Indy4x gift card Andre

I have those lights on the trooper. Overall, they are pretty good.....the only problem is they have trouble with staying together. The sealed beam, rock guard, and housing are 3 different pieces. The sealed beam relies on the rock guard to keep it in place. The rock guards come off really easy, so the sealed beam comes out sometimes. Not a big problem though, and certainly not a problem that cant be fixed with soem electrical tape. If i could go back and do it again, i would spend the money on some REALLY good ones. Personally, i really liked the monsters that Mark (Wareagle) has on his trooper. they look like they are really stoutly constructed.... My dear ol' ma works for KC HiLites, so they're always numero uno in my book. I've got a set of their regular Daylighters that I'm going to use as reverse lights in my Dodge, and I'm thinking of getting a set of their long range driving lights for the Twoopa. www.kchilites.com, ya know!

When i purchased my bull bar, it came with two free IPF 6" lights. Before i got the IPF i was using the 55 watt 5ö pro-comp lights. A very good light for the price but the difference between the IPFs and pro-comps is like night and day.
I still need to buy 4 more IPFs to replace the 4 pro-comps on my roof rack.
