Hi all, I bought an 86 Isuzu Trooper diesel minus engine/transmission a little over a year ago. Bought it off EbayMotors and is located in central Florida. I wanted to ask are there any shipping/auto transport companies that would ship it up to me in southern Pennsylvania for a decent price? I have gotten a few online quotes and the cheapest price I have received is $590. I paid a little under $250 for it and wanted to see if I could get it shipped for a price around that or slightly higher. Anyone here know a company that would want to go through with my shipping? Anyone in Florida that could help me out? It's a vehicle project that I'm excited to start on and want to get it started soon. Thanks.

I shipped 2 cars bought on ebay and there are so many shippers out there that range from weekend warrior to 100+ truck fleet that the quotes you get are going to be all over the map. My advice is just keep getting online quotes and go with the lowest one. A lot of them aren't even shippers they are shipper/brokers. They exchnge the money with you but subcontract the task to a bunch of random guys around the country that all have different routes. This is why you see these half done webpages and it looks like a 3 man operation on their website but it turns out they provide nationwide service. be patient and you will find a good price.
That is to say you don't end up paying for it if it is cheap. I went with the lowest price co I could find but the drawback of course is they may be unnaccountable, late, and alltogether ignore you for a week then shpw up at your door expecting a tip when they'd promise to be there 6 days ago. I still would use the cheap guys if you arent in a rush.
