Is the 2.6 (or anything else) in my truck the exact same that's in other isuzus? I.E. is it modular to anything else in any aspects(i.e. suspension, bumpers, interior parts, etc...) so that finding parts and upgrades is easier (can't seem to find much that's labeled for the pickups)?

The suspension should be identical to a 95 and earlier Rodeo. The 2.6 engine is common among Isuzus, and should not vary from model to model. That should make parts shopping a little easier since the pick-ups are somewhat less common than Rodeos and Amigos.
