What gears do you have in the diffs? Is that corrected or un-corrected mileage? Does it have a lift on it. How wide are the tires

It could be a bad O2 sensor. They dont always trigger the CEL when they go bad. Either check for codes diagnostics or physically test the sensor as shown here... O2 sensor There is also a general drop of mpg's in the winter due to oxygenated gas but not to the extent of 14mpg. Fresh plugs/wires/cap/rotor and timing might also help. P.S. Hello from up the river and welcome to the forum. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" /> I actually live north of Hudson. Send me a pm if ya like.

And what's an "s/o"?

Well considering your tire size jumped by almost 14% and I'm guessing you didn't fix the speedo, your mileage is more like 16.
I'm going to agree with the 02 sensor, since it was such a sudden drop. It may need a tune up too. You should still be able to get almost 20 out of that truck though. Regearing would help too.

Just to clarify, this is a 4wd? You mentioned the S/O, which is stick on the 4wd. If you did this on a 2wd, then your actual mileage would be much better.

What about a stuck EGR valve. I just went through something very similar. Pulled the EGR and everything appeared to function. I couldn't find a gasket in stock so I made my own along with a couple of block off plates. I can't believe how much better it runs now. The EGR was definitely malfunctioning on mine. Just a thought...
