Need a Spot
I've had a small gas leak for a little while, but the last few days, its started to drip fairly heavily while running and the guage has been going down rather quickly <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

I've replaced all the brake lines and fuel lines except for the pressurized feed line, and I'm assuming thats what is leaking, especially since it does while running.

What I would like to do, is replace the line from the tank all the way up to the front, where there is a coupler from a previous repair. Does anyone know what size line to get, as well as what size the fitting is in the tank? I have a double flaring tool, so I can make whatever length i need. I will also replace the filter as well.

edit: I should probably specify this is an 89 v6 4x4 extended cab pickup

1989 3.0 5 spd extended cab with more rust than should be legally aloud, soon to have a D44 front and D60 rear

Body Damage is Cool
Ouch, that is like a leak in your bank account. Sorry I don't know the size of the line, but I just replaced my fuel pump this week and if your's is the same as my 93 V6 ext-cab there is a fitting on top of the gas tank where the pressure line starts. What goes down into the tank is part of the whole fuel pump bracket assy so hopefully you won't need to replace that.

93 4X4 ext-cab, auto, SR5, 3.4 V6, supercharged, 2.1" pulley, URD fuel mods, Aquamist WI, IPT valve body mod, dual cases, 4" superlift, Alcan springs, 33 BFG MT, ARB locked front & rear, 5.29 US Gears, RB 1" BL, 1.5" BJ spacers, TJM T-17, Warn m8000.
