Getting the Wheeling Fever
I have been wondering about preventative maintenance on the sunroof as well. I have a 2001 Trooper with that HUGE sunroof. It is awesome. I want to keep it working perfect but I have not seen any info on maintaining it. Mine has started to make a "pop" sound when it reaches the very end of the rearward travel (open all the way). If I stop just short of full open, then no problem. It also does not make the "pop" all of the time. Seems to be random. Any input from someone with experience with these would be great! Does it have some sort of adjustment maybe?

You wouldn?t worry what people thought about you if you realized how little they did!

Maybe try some lithium grease on the slide mechanism.
