The full shop and welder(that I have access to) are located in Flagstaff so it may be a while before I get up there. The real thing would have bends running around the corner and some gussets and bracing for the reciever. The mount design is what I'm really concerned about with the 3D. Back in the West! I used SketchUp. It's a fairly intuitive 3-D rendering program. Not great for drawing up plans and prints, but great for doing quick rough drawings. My plan is to do a more solid CAD plan of the brackets and get them fab'd nearby and build the bumper myself around them. Back in the West!
