Body Damage is Cool
it maybe binding and not coming out, make sure the wire feed hose isnt kinked. The tip could also be fouled where the wire wont come out, remove the tip from the gun and pull the trigger to see if it comes out. those are the most common problems i ran into.if it isnt one of those let us know and we can go from there

out of all the jeeps in this town the d**n gremlin had to invade mine

I've done so much, with so little for so long i can practicly do anything with nothing

i usually have to put the wire in the tip manually and then screw the tip on.

i have to agree that manual unkinking of the hose is necessary prior to screwing in the tip

Make sure the tip matches the wire. There's a little leeway, but obviously a fat wire won't feed through a small tip. Are you gas or flux core?

I appreciate the help...I had to take apart the handle including the brass fitting, then removed the red feed tube snipping off the end where I could tell it was jammed. Put it back together and the sparks are now flying <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
