I've used Seafoam several times and it seems to work well.

I have to say I have never heard of that but then again I live on an island so...Why would you do that and where would you get seafoam in Idaho?

Seafoam is a lubricant and cleaner.

You can pour it down your carb, just do it very slowly.

Yes, it works well directly into your carb. It will smoke and sputter like crazy so do it very slowly so it wont kill your engine. But,,, it will do wonders for the carbon build-up. If I could describe how much to put in at a time I would say the speed of a pressurized coffee straw. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> You may have to have someone inside reving up the motor a little bit also.

Nah, not until you run it through the crank case to clean out years of sludge.
