I'm not sure if anyone has done this, and I would assume this might make the ride horrible, but I wanted to get someone else's opinion. My 96 Rodeo currently stock, the rear sits about 1" lower than the front. I thought to even it out and still get the full 3" of lift I could use DOR's 3 replacement springs and Matt's Add-a-leaf(and a 1.5" shackel). Any opinions on this, would it make the ride quality horrible? Would it even work? Thanks

IMHO, get one or the other... not both. Have you ever driven a 1-ton truck unloaded? That will probably be about the same ride quality you can expect out of adding that many extra leaves to your pack. Final ride-height can be fine-tuned to some extent with shackle length. I have and would highly recommend the DOR Springs Upgradez. Great ride quality and still plenty flexy off-road. Never used the standard single, thick add-a-leaf, so no 1st hand experience to comment on there.

Never used the standard single, thick add-a-leaf. I tried it, my comment, the ride was stiff, with no flex. Fine for a pickup hauling loads, bad for offroading. I am very happy with Darlington Springz upgrade <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.
