I've been talking to a dealer in Franklin, Ohio about another Isuzu purchase .

I was wondering if there were any Isuzoids in the Dayton/Franklin area that might be willing and have the time to give the vehicle a once over and test drive before I shell out the bucks to buy it, fly out and drive it 1,500 miles back home.

Oh, and if I do pull the trigger and any of you have parts, etc. that may need to be delivered to these parts (SLC, UT), let me know.

TIA

Mebbe someone at mwior.com can help you out.

Oh, and Ohio does use some road salt, especially in the northern part of the state. Rust sucks.

Thanks Steve - I'd hate to think it wasn't getting its daily allowance of iodine so if road salt (and the resulting rust) is an issue, it'll feel right at home here!

How immediately do you have to have an eyeball on the truck Jim? I'm about half an hour from Dayton, and I wouldn't mind going over it, but I'm headed out of country for a week tomorrow, and couldn't get it until I get back. If it'll wait, drop me a PM with the particulars, and I'll check it out.

Thanks James - I'd like to get an eye on it soon, as I'd hate to miss out on what I think is a pretty good opportunity. I do appreciate the offer though so please do give a holler' when you get back in town (I think I'm on your list). If I haven't been so fortunate to find another volunteer and it hasn't been sold, I'd very much appreciate your help.

Best,

Thanks again James (and Steve)

I did post over on vehicross.com and someone there in the area volunteered to go check it out for me...
