Looks like fun.

Frame Twister has gotten crazy over the years. I used to be able to do it without issue but the last time I did it, I came down hard a few times on my frame!

Did you leave the Montero in Reverse when you got out to stand on the roof?

I have done that before. I was high centered in the middle of a mud/water hole and left it in drive and got out and looked. It was weird to see the Raider with the wheels spinning and not moving with noone in it.

I'm glad you brought it up. Awesome shots. How was the Discovery?....I almost bought one, but then read endless acounts of them sucking big-time. I bet you wish you had mudders on that Montero, that day. I also did not know that there was snow on top of Hollister(wintertime ). That place looks fun, I'll have to go check it out.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
i went wheelin with a land rover group to lovelock nevada to do a pre run of the nevada trophy, for 50k dollar vehicles they dont get much done, my 3000 dollar monteor out performed those guys, one gu has an 04 disco, his abs blew out, no brakes no traction control, he hit a tree after going backwards down a hill, his entire rear was smashed in, and the newer disco dont have a center diff lock, another man abs went out, which also is the traction control and basically he only had two wheel drive cause the center diff was only transfer power to the rear
