Need a Spot

Will a bad Ckps stop all of the plugs from firing? I've got no spark at any of the plugs. The voltage output from the Ckps is reading .78v. I believe the spec is 2.77v. I can't find in my service manual if this is enough to keep the ICM from firing at all.
