Just a quick question for you guys and gals:

What kind of vacuum should a '86 22R pull at idle? Mine's pullin about 21 In/Hg and I can drop it to 0 In/Hg by putting the throttle all the way down...

Sound about right?

that is perfect. a good running engine should have 17- 21 at idle, OH and it should be steady and not bouncing.

what is bouncing? mine moves about 1 in/Hg that good?

ok whill the topic is up rather than starting a new one.... i pull a steady 19 at idle and at 3000 rpms the needle fluctuates between 20-24. what could cause this..is this normal. as you all no im still trying to figure out my rough idle situation...any ideas
