It looks right in line with what other Jeeps that year and model are going for Stock around here. Check Autotrader.com. Like it says, "Must see"! Also, Must want!

No, no, no . . . a 6-year old Jeep Wrangler with a 4" lift is not worth $16 thousand! Jeepete, you know the prices in autotrader are inflated for haggling! It sold orginally for $16 thousand! Jeeps depreciate each year. The lift kit is a negative item and indicates trail use and possible Jeep abuse. Unseen and not inspected, I would offer about $10 thousand, and this might be high regardless of how pretty it might be, and how much you may want the Jeep. There is always another TJ coming up for sale. Don't be a sucker!

wow fred jeeps must be cheap in CO. a base 4 cyl. out here goes for 15-16 grand...this is a sehara it was the top of the line in 2000. heck the sticker on my 99 sport was $21,700..got it for 17..
but i do agree that $16 grand is a bit high. go to the blue book and look it up to get a ballpark figure, and go from there...good luck.

I didn't say don't haggle. I didn't even suggest it was a good deal. Only that asking price looks normal for this area. Any Jeep is worth as much as someone will pay for it. I'd check the Blue Book prices and consider it a good deal if it was significantly less.
Ok, I looked it up in my spare time at a couple of different places for Blue book values and BJ was on the mark at 4 grand too high. I reckon the short answer is No.

Tcoff: "the sticker on my 99 sport was $21,700..got it for 17.." that's what I meant, Tom. I love to embellish!
