Body Damage is Cool
im in the process of installing a total chaos gen 2 kit on my T100, problem with stacking a lift kit is first your center of gravity will be rediculously high...the spindle can handle one lift kit at a time, putting on a second lift will put alot of stress on your truck, youll be more likely to bend your control arm mounts with a drop bracket lift and longer control arms.

The other thing about the torsion bar lift is broken torsion sockets and ripping the upper control arm mount off the frame.

Your body roll is going to be really bad with 2 lifts, especially since you cant use a sway bar with the total chaos kit, however ill be using one on the rear...my superlift is coming off and then i plan on just doing about 4" lift with the coilover kit and 3" in the rear with some chevy springs. Total chaos probably wont cover them under their product liability insurance either if you set it up like that.

SAS or long travel kits really depend on what kind of
wheeling your into. Ideally a SAS would be the best
choice for many reasons. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

i enjoy speed but also enjoy the rocks, id like a SAS too but im going to have to wait for a mini toy for that. Definetly stay away from stacking lifts do a SAS, alot cheaper over all too.

It should work fine. Scott @ Rockstomper ran basically the same thing on his truck for years. I considered doing the same thing too before I SAS'ed.

I wouldn't recommend using the long travel kit as an extra lift kit though (or at least not much). Use the lift for ground clearance and tire clearance, and the long arm kit for the long travel. That's basically what Scott did too. Notice in the pics that his control arms are still relatively flat.
