I need to know if my 93 3VZE and A340H will bolt into a 90 std cab 4x4 pickup that is missing the engine and tranny. Thanks

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I have Part II of the 1990 service manual. It has a section for the A340H auto tranny. It doesn't indicate what engines were mated to it. I guess that would be in Part I.

Thanks, the truck had a V6/manual tranny, so I'm thinking now it wouldn't be worth the swap. I believe the auto is longer than the manual, so the drive shafts and crossmember may have to be modified and the gearing will be wrong too. I'm not wanting to put much money into this. Just looking for a way to get rid of my extra engine and tranny. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
