I think UPS wrestled with em or something cause the box was destroyed! Parts were fine though. UPS forgot to pick em up from Seattle so took an extra 4 days to get em. Yes, UPS can sure do a number on the box, even double boxed and all. Considering the slider's intended use, not really a big deal I suppose. A few times I have had them want to return the box sice it was damaged, but that is why I put the recipient on e-mail alert for any shipping "Exceptions". I"ve been toying with the idea of spacers to widen the track, a few times it's felt like I've been very close to going over.
