3.5 needs oil cooler #715045 04/12/06 02:41 AM

I have an '02 Trooper with 3.5 and a 5spd, I do a fair amount of towing through the summer and would like the added protection of an engine oil cooler. The oil filter is mounted to an angled adapter that also has two ports on it that are plugged. Would these be supply and return for a cooler or will I need to get one of the sandwich adapters when I order the cooler?

Need a Spot
I would go with the sandwich adapt.
The ports there are for sensors.
