my 84 is getting an ifs caliper and fj rotor set finally. i located all my parts today but this rotor business is driving me nuts. i keep hearing about different year trucks to get the rotors off of. my auto parts guy said the rotors for 81 to 83 fj 40 and any fj 60-62 rotor is the same part. it sounds correct based of of all the info ive read about this swap but i just need a little reassurance. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/baby.gif" alt="" />

Sorry, wish I could help. I've been thinking about this one for a long time. I have looked but have not found a write up on it. I would LOVE to see one though.

Think you might be interested in posting your progress from time to time?

theres many writeups but everyone has a different year truck they got the parts for. now this would seem to coinside with the info i got from my parts guy.
