Would these coilovers work better then then just getting some 4" coil springs for my truck, theres a 3 inch lift in the rear, and was wondering if 4" coil springs would be better then these coilovers....please let me know!!

There's a ton of info in that thread about those coil-overs that you're considering buying.

Don't buy the separate Doetsch-Tech coils. You first need an adjustable coil-over-shock assembly anyway, which would come with springs that are probably better than those.

No those wouldnt work because the 05's use a different type of strut than the 98-04's...Unless you have an 05, but going off the name 99greenyota I'm assuming you have a 99 <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Try and find a pair of used sway away, king or fabtech replacement coilovers...From my own personal experience dont try and mix and match parts because it usually ends up being way more hassle and money then if you had just bought the replacements.
