What type of pinion flange is on an Isuzu 12-Bolt? I am curious because I am thinking of swapping one into my bronco 2. What do I need to be aware of when doing a swap like this. If the T-Case flange and the pinion flange are different, Can an adapter be made or even custom shafts? I am new axle swapping and don't really know a lot about these things. Thanks.

if you want to swap a 12-bolt under your bronco, the easiest thing to do would be change the end of the bronco's stock driveshaft to attach to the isuzu yoke (which bolts to the 12-bolt flange). this yoke either accepts a 1310 std joint or the isuzu one (which is very close to std. toyota joint).

What axle is in the front of the pony? Can you get 4.56's (or 4.77's or 5.38s for that matter) for the front end to match the rear?

Otherwise, i would do what rob suggested, just getting a new driveshaft with the correct connections on there.

the front is a D44... so yes, you can get 4.56, 4.88, or 5.38's for it.

Swapping into Bronco 2 so the front is a Dana 35 TTB. I still think gearing options are available.
