Getting the Wheeling Fever

I removed my really really nasty 1st-gen interior (and thousands of generations of critters I'm sure) and would like to just spray everything with a coating so that it doesn't matter if I get mud, water, etc in there. What do you all recommend for a DIY affordable coating that waterproofs things and is easy to clean?
BTW I've searched a fair bit through the archives with no success on this subject.

Most people have the inside redone with Rhino liner..
