don't expect much of a reply... you've basically hinted around your own answer... balljoint spacers aren't rocket science, so if you want to make a pair and have the means to do, certainly hop to it... there isn't really any advise or trade secrets for us to give. Basically what I'm saying is, its a simple enough fab project, no one's going to spoon feed it as we have vendors that support us and fill that gap with ready made products.
So, if you decide the hassle isn't worth your time, check out vendors like independent4x and darlinton offroad who have ready to go bolt-on solutions and aren't particularly expensive. I suggest you look there.

Yup. It is do-able -- you just need the right plate, the right dimensions, the right drills, and a means of cutting the plate to size.

Yup ... I made my own out of 1/4" 6061 T6 aluminum. It was really easy. But I bought my second set from INDEPENDENT4x

No, you'll need longer bolts. So, you go to the hardware store and get the proper strength and proper length bolts.

Ok...hoping to get a little help regarding the spacers. I just raised my 95 trooper up a total of 3 inches. In the process I flipped and spaced the balljoints. As a result, I'm having major positive camber issues over 2 degrees positive. Tech said he couldn't fit anymore shims. The tech was a younger guy and really impressed with the truck so I asked him if it would be ok to remove the spacers right there. We took the time and removed the spacers and then rechecked the alignment, this time it was almost in spec.
So gurus any insight??? I figure if the balljoint was at stock location, the camber would be dead on.

Different trucks have different requirements. Its been discussed by others in the past that the spacers actually hindered their ability to align within specs. Other people have only been able to align within specs by using the spacers. As with most things Isuzu, its hit or miss <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
