Getting the Wheeling Fever

what is the best liner I can use for the inside of the truck? Have some company rhino line it? or do it myself herculiner or dupi-color (autozone) I want put a liner that is waterproof, and a sound deafener. But I want it to last and not be stick when I drive for hours in the heat. any suggestions?
