Need a Spot
Again I want to say thanks for the input guys.

My search has proven fruitful.

I now own a 2000 4Runner SR5 4x4 that has upgrade package #6, which includes the 13" brakes and the locking rear diff. Along with a few other cool option packages. It is the Desert Dune Metallic color and already has the scooped hood installed on it. I'm the second owner and it's an original Phoenix, Az. raised 4Runner. It has had all of the Toyota recommended services done on it as well. It is in excellent shape and still blue books for 15k $$. I was a little shocked when I saw how much it could still retail for. I got it for 13k though.

The mileage is a little bit higher than I had hoped to find, at 115k. I'm a tech so that doesn't really bother me too much given all of the maintenance it has received at a local Toyota dealership.

Only thing I'm not a fan of, is the same color fender flares, so I'll be removing the flares & running boards and installing some of the black flares with the mudguards when I can. That should look really good with this color. Plus she rides a little soft in the rear, kind of like a caddy. I prefer things a little more truck like in the suspension department. So the OME suspension will be second.

Let the modding begin!

My beater '88 has cold a/c now too. I got that squared away yesterday. That couldn't have happened sooner with the temps here creeping up to 113* now.

Congrats! Sounds very similar to my truck...an SR5 with the magical upgrade package #6...

Now where are those pics?
