Blew a headgasket on dad's truck (lifted 86 2wd 22r weber crawler cam) after the radiator decided it needed to tap the seal. Anyway, pulled the head last night and decided we are going to go for the gusto and get a valve job done and get the head shaved down (wish I would have advanced the cam now).

I'm looking for a trustworthy shop here in Phoenix. EB would prolly ship it right back untouched if I sent it his way... plus it needs to be done before mom gets back from Europe.

Thanks a bunch!

H&H machine Shop.
6880 W. Orangewood
Glendale

W of 67th, between Glendale and Northern.

I had 2 done there. Can't recall the price though. (less that $100 for shaving only)

I got new viton valve seals if you want 'em, they'll do those for you too.

Oh yeah. I got a good 2 row radiator too. Just let me know if you need anything quickly, and I'll check it out.

I got mine at Desert Cylinder in Phoenix. Ask for George, he'll treat you right. Sorry I can't get to the number right now.
Gnarls.

Like I said, I've got new Viton valve seals from EB, yours if you want 'em. You may just get EB's gasket kit though. they'll be in there. I just do a whole gasket kit even though I may only use the head, intake, and exhaust gaskets. Cheaper that route usually.
