Thank you to everybody, for the "welcome" and to the help recieved so far.
off-roader, that wasn't me posting on the other forums. I found this one first and I'm glad I did. I've found some others since, and this seems to be the best. Think I'll stay.
jsanch, I live five miles east of Rio Hondo. I work in San Benito. So, considering the size of Texas, we are next door neighbors.

Thanks again,
-M60

OK. You're right this is the best. I was even asked to moderate on one of the other forums recently but turned then down. They don't hold a candle to this forum.

m60, so you must be close to Arroyo City. I used to do quite alot of fishing off Arroyo City but I sold my boat due to rising gas prices and now no time to fish. The only time I go thru that area now is when I take my Raider to the beach. I take Hiway 106 to Port Isabel. Its a bouncy trip but beats the traffic. Right now I am in the process of replacing the tranny, cylinder head, and a few other things and adding some Thorley headers to the raider. I need some pointers on removal of the tranny if some of you folks have done it before.

Hello, everybody.
My work schedule has me work a 24 hour shift, then 24 off, on off, on and then 4 days in a row off. So I work three days with a day off in between, then 4 off.
I am saying this so you all know that I may not respond to anything during my days off, as I have no home internet. Also, sometimes I have to work another station without internet or take days off. So, I am not being rude if I don't answer.
Just wanted to clear that up.
Now, jsanch, I am real close to Arroyo City, but I don't live there. When you go to P.I. on 106 you pass by my house by about a mile and 1/10th!
You're a Chemistry teacher and now have no time on your hands? Extra classes for summer?
My son, got into the Gifted & Talented program so he's taking a math and science course starting next week for seven days. Then he's back to summer vacation. He will be in 2nd grade next year.
Hopefully you can get some time to go fishing soon. I like to catch bass from the irrigation canals myself. And Katan. Well, for now.
