I did a quick search to see if this has been discussed. Perhaps I'm using the wrong key words but I didn't see anything.

Has this been addressed, is there an upgrade for the 4Runners? Is it benificial? what does it actually do?

I know a cousin with a chevy and the chip seems to make a huge performance difference.
