Anyone here know what seats will swap into a yj? My drivers seat is really getting ratty. I figure to go do some junkyard shopping, but just in case there are no suitable factory replacements in the bone yards, I'd like to know what other vehicles I can get seats from that will fit with a minimum of fab work. Thanks.

I think you can get new ones delivered for 150 each or perhaps even less...AND they will bolt right in. Big Jim

Check for early '70's chevy seats. I got mine out of a '74 nova. Vinyl, no recline, comfy, and studs lined up perfect to cj seat bracket. Also read someone used seats out of a '94 saturn with little mods. But i don't think you can find a vinyl saturn seat, maybe leather though.
almost there! So close, yet so far away! 1978 CJ-7 w/whatever i can make work to keep this piece on the road!
