Anyone know where the grounds are for the rear speakers? They are cutting out and sometimes don't put out sound. Anyone know where I should start looking?

Scott,

It could be your am/fm stereo unit. I had the same happen to my 94 Trooper. The right front door speaker would cut in and out, then the back speakers started acting up. All the wiring and contacts checked out ok. So I replaced the stereo unit and the problem disappeared. HTH.
