Check your shackle bolts, they can come loose and give very bad wooble. It happened to my roomates sas 4runner and my trooper. I run nylock nuts with locktite now. Also check your bushings, are they new? hows your tire pressure? check all the basic stuff like that first and see if you see any improvements then check your caster.

Just In case, you dont after market wheels on it do you? If so are the lug nuts the right fit for that style of wheel. and just out of curiosity are the wheels centered up right on the hub and those little clips that hold the brake rotors and sometimes brake drums have when they come out of the factory. IF you do not remove those they will cause Vibrations and sometimes the wheel(s) to come off. I work at a tire shop and have pretty much seen it all, just throwing some ideas out to see if it helps. maybe you also have a bent wheel or 2? It doesnt take much bend to cause a wicked vibration. like Eric says stay basic then you can really narrow it down. Robbie

We adjusted the toe was way too much in since adjusting it hasn't done it yet. But now it has a blow head gasket.

Yeah I had bad death wobble in the beginning... TOE is a HUGE cause for death wobble, Especially too toe in.
Hydro assist can eliminate pretty much all death wobble...

On my rig, the death wobble was from the pan hard/track bar, the first set up mount on the frame would actually flex side to side and the whole truck would slam side to side about 6 inches in each direction to a point that I had to stop the truck and fast or it would keep going. This is actual death wobble, called such because if kept going the truck would literally shift side to side enough that it would either roll or break parts. This has since been fixed by beefing up the mount. If you are getting the wobble on your leaf spring set up, try what has been mentioned, especially the shackle bolts, if there is slop in there, it will cause the vehicle to move side to side a little.
