Need a Spot
I am needing to replace my rear springs on my 1994 3.0 V6 Extended Cab 4X4 Toyota Truck. One of the existing springs are cracked. My delima is that I know so little about the Toyota linup that I do not know what springs off of other vehicles may fit my truck.

After installing the new springs I would like to lift the rear about 3" so it will sit level with the front of the truck, like the new Tacomas do. Any recomendations on how to go about this? Blocks, Add a leaf???

Then just get some aftermarket 3" lift springs.
There are plenty of suspension lift manufacturers: Skyjacker, Rancho, All Pro, Marlin, Trail-Gear, etc

The cheapest route would be to find some factory springs at a junk yard, and add some TJ coil springs aka the zuk mod. I've had a saggy '94 for years, and adding the TJ springs leveled it out perfectly. I think I paid 30 odd bucks off e-bay for the springs shipped to AK.

'94 extra-cab 3.0 extra slo (auto tranny) original owner. E/B o/s valve heads and no more crossover. More mods to come.

You might be sitting a bit high in the back after installing those. The rear doesn't sit lower from the factory, it sags over time. Buying 3" lift springs should give you 3" over factory. Unless you have the front lifted already and I'm just dumb. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
Where did you get the springs from?

I'm between toyotas right now... 3rd Gen 4-runner soon.

Well in that case I might be screwed. I got them out of some place in Topeka KS. PM me if you want the information on the store. I measured 4" up from where I am now is level 5" is perfect and 6" is a little high (that is measured raising the rear bumper)
