Isn't this just a oil change fluid inspection - mechanical inspection service? I already replaced my brake pads (coupon attached to letter: $129.95) and did an oil/filter replacement and also last month did the ball joint recall issue. They didn't bat and eyelash, and voila, it's in my folder. The schedule tells you what is inpected/serviced/replaced. Look it over.
