Getting the Wheeling Fever
My 87 2.6 started missing during the warm up process a few months ago, now it misses all the time. I changed all the usual stuff (plugs wires etc...)...no change. I no longer have a mechanic I trust with the Mitsu motor, so I'm hoping I can get some feedback from anyone who might have had this happen to them.
Thanks,
Harry

Pull the plugs and see what they look like. Might also be a good time for a compression test. It also could be a vacuum leak.

Body Damage is Cool
I think you need to see if it is a miss in one or more cylinders, or all. As it looks like you may have covered the usual electrical reasons the suggested compression test may be due. Have you tried pulling each plug wire off, one at a time, and see if there is a change in rpm's/miss?
