Darlington Offroad will be shutting down for an indefinate period. Due to my Military obligations I need to close the doors and focus on myself and the Air Force for a while. During this time, I will be examining if I will continue to produce Isuzu products, if so, what items I will manufacture and sell. Matt at Independent4x offers many of the items that were offered by Darlington Offroad and he has excellent Customer service. I will be turning off the website on the 21st of this month. After that date the only payment methods will be Palpal, cash, certified check or money order. I will be finishing up all my current orders and selling off most of my current inventory at a slightly reduced price and will be posted in the [color:"red"]Vendors, Hot Deals, Group Buys [/color] section. Off the top of my head these items include

4 sets UB Skidderz
2 set of Boulder/rock Bars for 1st gen Rodeo
5 DOR 1st gen Trooper Winch bumpers
30 sets of 4 hole Ball Joint Spacers
30 Sets of 3 Hole Ball Joint Spacers
1 1st gen Rodeo Winch Bumper
5 modified crossmembers for pre-98 Isuzu Rodeo/Amigo/Troopers for use with Diff Drop Brackets
4 new crossmembers (for Drop Diff) for 98-up Rodeo
A few diff drop brackets for Isuzu
Tie-rod Shieldz, both short and long

I will be adding more items as I complete my inventory
anyone wanting any of the "DOR exclusive" items may want to get these while they are available because I am not sure when, if ever they will be available again. I do want to thank all the support from the Isuzu and Xterra community I have recieved over the last 6 years.

Joe

A little old lady once asked me why I have those big heavy bumpers on my truck, I responded "if I bump into something, I win!!" "BTW, I did bump into a Chev Minvan at about 30 MPH...it lost!"

Sorry to hear it Joe. I've almost collected a full set of DOR products for my rig, so asside from those bumper brackets, I'm all good.

Are you going to be relocated, or just a change of assignment where you are?

I hope this won't cut into your wheeling time. If anything, it should give you more time to enjoy the sport.

Thanks for all you've done to support, and further the Isuzu off-road community

Don't be a stranger.

Just really overwelmed with the Air Force Job and need to take some time for myself and fix some of the junk around here. As far as the brackets, you need to give me a shout.

Joe, I'm sorry to hear that you're shutting down. I've really enjoyed the lift I bought from you, and enjoyed talking to you whenever I needed help. You're a great guy helping us out with top quality products, and you will be missed. Take care of yourself and don't be a stranger.

PS. I might want to grab some stuff from you if I can *arrange* my finances.

No shame in that As I have stated in several posts over the years, IMHO the DOR Springz Upgrades are the best thing going in terms of lifting the rear of a leaf-sprung 'Zu... and they are something that currently is not offered anywhere else. Hate to see you stepping down; but as an air force man I'm sure you have more than earned it. Best of luck to you and hopefully we'll see DOR up and running again someday in one degree or another.

Yeah....Sorry to hear that you are shutting down. Hopefully it's only temporary!!! I wish I had some money for the Diff Drop Brackets, but as right now I can't afford them. I'm glad I got to order my rear bumper from you before you shut down....Thanks for everything Joe.

Sorry to hear that I feel sorry for all the guys who have ifs and don't have tie rod shielz. The DOR tie rod Shieldz are worth their weight in gold. I know Matt offers new tie rod assemblies but are way more than the tie rod shieldz were and I went from breaking a tie rod every time I went out to not one since I installed them also the drop diff brackets would have been my next move if I stayed with IFS.

I would like to see you still offer these items.
