My truck runs fine on the freeway, but wheni am cruising around in 1,2 or third my truckseems tosurge when my foot is barley on the throttle and starts to buck. Should i clean my injectors or time for anew fuel filter? What do you guys think? It runs fine but this is annoying!!

My guess is your throttle postion sensor is either out of adjustment or needs replacing.
or
your throttle body is filthy and the TPS can't close all the way,
or
It could be that your idle speed is off,
or
if this is with AC, that yuor idle advance compensator thingy is not working or not adjusted right.

I'd also have to say throttle position sensor. My truck was doing the exact same thing. I tried adjusting it to save a buck but ended up replacing it, and the problem went away for good.

I had the same problem a while back and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me TPS was definately good and after liberally coating the engine I didn't seem to have any vacuum leaks. Turns out it was a vacuum leak in the throttle body gasket at the bottom of the TB when the carb cleaner wasn't getting. $2 later and all is well.
