Need a Spot

Recently painted my 87 Monty and now whenever it rains water is somehow coming through the vents at the back of the hood and draining into the passenger floorboard. Can't see a whole lot behind the glove box due to the air exchange unit. Any help in fixing the leak before it ruins my floorboards???
