1986 22re. Does anybody know if it wears away at the aluminum of the head or the block if it's drivin with a blown head gasket? Just blew mine and I still need it for work, and won't be able to fix it for a week or two. Should i just leave it in the driveway? There's no water in the oil.

I wouldnt drive it. If theres no water in the oil now, there will be after you drive it for awhile...not good for things like bearings and such.
