What is the "grease charger attachment" as referenced in the Haynes manual for lubrication of driveshaft u-joints?

Might be some sort of adapter for the end of the grease gun to fit the specific type of grease fitting. I have an adapter for the type of fitting that takes a needle point end:

Have to take anything in a Haynes manual with a grain of salt <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
