I am pretty sure that up till 04' at least, the V6 was only put in an xtra cab. The xtra cab SR5s came with the 3.4, all of the other ones are a 2.7 or 2.4 4 cylinder. So that would answer no to do they come loaded because they don't come at all. Correct me if I am wrong someone.

Standard cab shortbed V6's were offered the first year we got Tacomas in the US, 95.5/96. They were never offered here after that.

There is no such thing as a longbox Tacoma in the US.

Thanks guys now I know what year to search for. The only reg cabs I have seen have the 4 cyl and were imported from the USA.

I have a client that owns a short bed, regular cab, 3.4 V6, 4WD Taco. It's an early '96.
