I havent been on the board for quite awhile, but I thought I would post up my most recent project.
After getting my truck nearly pieced together and actually running well the block decided it was done for and started cracking on me.
I had been battling my carb system ever since I got the truck and decided it was time for a change, so I picked up this truck.

A 1985 2wd xtra cab with efi. It had a bad headgasket, but after a few hours of tinkerin I had her runnin strong, and that EB cam definatly helped out.
My ultimate goal was to turn the 2wd into a 4wd by combining my two trucks.
here is the old one in early stages of stripping

I stripped down both trucks and swapped cabs, beds, engines, and fuel systems.

And after a weekend worth of work this is how she stands.

Overall it was an extremely easy swap, almost everything lined up and I didnt really have to do any custom fab work.
I still have some minor work to do but now Ive got a truck that runs great and is a blast to drive.
