Thrust washers were stuck on spider gears,DOH!. Thanx JeePete.
Everything looked fine, the springs are just as big a pain to get out as they are to get in.
On to the rear...And on that note, it appears the gas tank is in the way of removing the rear diff, with 3.43 gears I am assuming I will have to remove diff.?

When you say "remove the diff", do you mean remove the differential assembly from the housing, or do you mean remove the whole pig from the vehicle? If the latter, why?

I mean remove differential assembly from housing, sorry.. And I typo'd, I meant 3.73 gears.
