Need advice on a good bumper for my 1996 Tacoma.

I would like the following features in the approx order listed.

1. Durable like my front ARB Winch BullBar.
2. Black powder coated paint job.
3. Class 4 tow capability.
4. Square receiver designed into the bumper.
5. Hi-Lift Jack points at left/right of center
with some way of locking the Hi-Lift to the bumper, IE.
like the jack brackets sold for some of the ARB Bullbars.
6. Good ground clearance.
7. Reasonable price.
