I have had only 1 wheel engaging in 4x4 for a while now and its starting to get to me, my lock light stoped turning on well over a year ago and I thought it was a bulb. Thats until I try going offroad with it, the 1 hub clicks in with a real solid click, yet thier is no second click for the drivers hub. I am wondering if anyones has done this enough to tell me how to do it in a day? Also a list of tools and reccomended grease to lube everything up would be appreciated.

Just get a set of manuals for the LWB, and put the working autos from that on your SWB..

When are you going to come pick up your truck?

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I second that motion, get the superwinches. You know when the hubs are engaged or disengaged, you can shift into and out of 4x4 on the "fly" (with the hubs engaged), and its easier to replace than rebuild the autohubs.

X3 Superwinch, get from Summitracing.com

I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

X4 Get Superwinch or find some Aisin's in the 'yard. You'll always know that they're either locked or unlocked.....no guessing game.

I got mine after I got stuck once thinking I was in 4wd, nope. Now no guessing.

I will get a set of superwinch eventually, but until then I will just put up with the 1 side locking. I looked up prices and Advance Auto Parts (I work there so I can look up stuff when bored) and they list for $162.99+tax. SummitRacing.com lists them for $77.75 plus shipping, so yea I am going to get them through Summit
