I can imagine that a scrollsaw would give a nice straight cut, but mess and awkward as hell. Sawzall maybe? 2 - is it all fiberglass, or is there metal reinforcement in there? It's be nice to know before hitting something w/ a saw. 3 - does that piece you have flex a whole lot? I just used a jig-saw with a fine-tooth blade to cut it. Have to be careful where to cut, so that the edges are solid, and not have a space. Its all fiberglass, except the windows and wiper motor The resulting piece is fairly rigid. Toyota quality. Has anyone taken the rollbar out of a 4runner and slapped it in a pickup bed along with the bench seat? It's either that or find a runner.
