windshield wiper bracket.. pin removal?

Hey everyone... I just went to the junk yard and picked up some brackets for the windshield wipers to attach to... The only problem I have is that I can't remove the pin from the brackets... is there a trick to this at all?

????????? what are you refering to the pivots are bolted to the windshield cowl the arms are bolted to the pivots and the blades attach to the arms???????
got some pics to help explain????

Yea.. I'm an idiot.. I didnt' realize that new blades came with a bracket... oh well. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

I'd rather change a diff than a windsheild wiper. I've had the worst of luck with mine..... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
